Our teachers provide a warm, caring, nurturing atmosphere where they encourage children to learn at their own pace and time while exploring their environment.

There are separate eating and sleeping areas for children, and a quiet space for infants that are not yet crawling. The children have access to an outside area with grass, raised gardens and a sandpit which is enhanced with the use of shells and driftwood.

Gecko Teachers endeavor to follow each child’s own routine and encourage the first steps of independence. As each child grows they develop a sense of belonging and empowerment within their environment.

Teachers use a holistic approach to each child’s individual learning and development. Each day teachers write in your child’s notebook which will inform you of important care moments for your child. It is our wish to become an extension of your home so your child will feel safe and secure within our environment.
